To cancel a subscription on Ebert, follow the steps below:
- From your Dashboard page, click on the Account settings link next to the name of the account for which you want to cancel the subscription.
- Now, click on the Subscription & Billing link and then click on the red Cancel subscription button.
- Type your account’s name and confirm the cancelation.
Once you’ve canceled your subscription, you’ll no longer be charged and Ebert will wait until the end of the current billing cycle to stop reviewing and commenting on Pull Requests for private repositories.
Existing review data will be preserved and available, and any public repository associated with your account will still be reviewed after you cancel your subscription.
In case you want to get back using Ebert on your private repos, subscribe again to one of our plans. You can resubscribe anytime, including before the end of the current billing cycle.
